We offer lessons about the Jewish dancer Roosje Glaser who survived the Shoah but did not want to live in the Netherlands after 1945. Central themes are: "An insane world”, "resistance and betrayal", "about life and survival in Westerbork and Auschwitz" and "homecoming?". Unique photo and film material supports the lessons that are developed for primary or secondary school and at year levels. Teachers are given many options for discussing social themes and addressing dilemmas of the past and present.
